Changes in Qedit for Windows 5.8

Qedit for Windows 5.8 offers the following bug fixes:

The Last Modified column of the host directory dialog box was incorrect on files modified on March days preceding the change to Daylight Savings Time (DST).
The online help is now provided in HTML Help format. The Winhelp file is still available as qwin32.hlp in the directory where Qedit for Windows is installed. The Winhelp must be opened from outside Qedit for Windows.
